30 days returns policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, it arrives damaged, it is the incorrect item or you have missing items, you must get in contact with us via email ([email protected]) within two days from when you received your order. You can cancel your order and return your items for a full refund or exchange within 30 working days. If your order has already been dispatched you will be expected to pay the cost of delivery back to us. If your order arrives damaged, you have missing or incorrect items you must notify us as soon as possible by email so that we can send you the correct items, replace any damaged items or refund you. We can only refund products that we receive back as new in fully sealed original packaging.
Damaged in transit
If your order is damaged in transit you must notify us within 48 hours via email at [email protected] with a picture of the damaged item. We can then claim against the courier for our loss. Do not use the product if it has been damaged.
All of the images on our website of products are for guidance only. Many of our products are natural so will differ slightly. Please contact us at [email protected] if you are unsure and we will be happy to advise you.
If you would like to return a product we will refund the full amount provided the product is as new and in fully sealed original packaging. You have 30 days from the day you receive your goods to return the product to us. It is advisable to get proof of postage and postal insurance as we cannot refund items that are not returned to us if they are lost in transit.
We can only make a refund to the original card used to make the purchase, we will ensure we process the refund within 14 working days after the date we receive the product back or if no goods are being received by us 14 days after you notified us of your decision to cancel your order.
How to return
All items must be returned to us in original undamaged packaging (unless damaged or faulty). Please email us at [email protected] if you intend to return an item so we can advise. We cannot be liable for items lost or damaged in transit on their return to us so it is advisable to package the item correctly and get a certificate of posting and postal insurance.
